Troubleshooting
My password is correct, but the app will not connect.
Confirm that the username is your complete eFind Mail address and that the incoming server, port and security settings match the published settings.
I can receive mail but cannot send it.
Check mail.efind.com, port 587, TLS/STARTTLS and SMTP authentication with your complete eFind Mail address and password.
I can send mail but new messages are not appearing.
Confirm IMAP uses mail.efind.com on port 993 with SSL/TLS, then check the client synchronization settings.
My folders look different in another app.
Email clients can label or display server folders differently. Check the app account and folder settings.
