3. Ask eFind and AI
When you use Ask eFind or an AI-assisted feature, eFind Mail can process your prompt together with relevant messages, attachments and metadata needed to provide the requested result. AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect, so consequential information should be checked against the underlying source.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to operate eFind Mail, authenticate and recover accounts, deliver messages, provide search and intelligent features, secure the service, detect abuse and fraud, provide support, process subscriptions, communicate about the service, comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, networking, storage, security, email delivery, customer support, analytics, payments and AI functionality. Providers receive information only as needed to perform services for eFind Mail and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

eFind, LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where eFind Mail or its service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
