The rules for using eFind Mail websites, accounts, paid plans and email services that reference these Terms.
These Terms govern use of eFind Mail websites, accounts, email services and paid plans that reference them. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms shown for a particular plan or transaction.
1. Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and recovery methods, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use eFind Mail for spam, phishing, fraud, malware, harassment, unlawful conduct, unauthorized access, service disruption or attempts to evade reasonable security and service limits. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
3. Email delivery
Email delivery is not guaranteed. Messages can be delayed, bounced, filtered or rejected because of recipient systems, sender reputation, DNS, message content, size limits, outages, network conditions or other factors outside eFind Mail’s direct control.
4. AI-assisted features
Ask eFind and other AI-assisted features can produce incomplete or incorrect output. You are responsible for reviewing important information and for deciding whether to send, save, schedule, delete or otherwise act on AI-assisted output.
5. Third-party clients and services
eFind Mail can work with compatible third-party email clients and services. Those products are governed by their own terms, privacy practices and technical behavior. eFind does not control third-party interfaces or changes.
6. Plans, billing and taxes
Free and paid plans are described on the Pricing page and in the applicable purchase flow. Paid-plan prices, billing cycles, included features, usage allowances, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. You authorize charges you approve through the billing flow.
7. Service changes
We may improve, modify, add, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve eFind Mail. We may also update reasonable limits and technical requirements.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for violations of these Terms, security threats, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements or conduct that harms users, eFind Mail or third parties. You may close your account through the available account-deletion process.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, eFind Mail is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect security, error-free AI output or delivery of every message.
